5-6 Capers - optional

1 teaspoon Dried Thyme Leaves
Sunflower Oil - for cooking
Lukewarm Water
4 Tomatoes - pureed + 1 small tomato chopped coarsely
1 Onion - chopped
4 cloves Garlic - minced
