1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Ghee
3 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds - pounded

To begin making Walnut Burfi procedure without dairy liquid, wash walnuts and grind them into a seamless paste in a mixer grinder by adding some aqua along with cardamom and sweetener.toasty the kadai and stream in some ghee.

The end result will be brown and thick pastry mix, you can take off the burfi pastry mix, when the pastry mix comes together well and does not stick to the sides of the wok.Transfer it to a plate and allow it to cool to room temperature.
