  • 1 tablespoon Fish Sauce
  • ½ tablespoon thick Soy sauce
  • ½ tablespoon Pepper
  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Sliced Cucumber
  • Leaves Mint
  • Crushed Peanuts

cut the uncooked pork thinly, about ⅛".
