To begin making the 3 Beans Stuffed Quesadillas method, we will make the artisanal Whole Wheat ground mix Tortillas, combine the ground mix, seasoning and olive fat together in a large mixing container.Gradually fold the pastry mix adding a little moisture at a time until the pastry mix comes together and becomes even and elastic.fold well for about 5 moments, this will make the pastry mix fluffy and soft when cooked on the skillet.

Divide the pastry mix into 8 portions and shape them into balls.

Preheat the iron skillet on medium high bring to temperature.Flatten these balls with the palm of your hand.

Take a portion of the pastry mix, toss it on the ground mix and roll out into thin circles to approximately 6 inches in diameter.As you roll them out, you can keep tossing the pastry mix in dehydrated ground mix while rolling; this will prevent it from getting sticky when rolling them out.prepare the rolled pastry mix as indicated in the steps below.

Continue the process of rolling with the remaining portions of the pastry mix.We will now pressure prepare the Rajma with moisture for about 3 whistle until done.

Switch off the bring to temperature and allow the pressure to release naturally and mix in the black eyed peas and masoor and mix in some more moisture prepare it for about 3 more whistle.

Keep it aside.bring to temperature a gravy cooking vessel with fat, mix in onions and garlic saute them until it softens.

mix in the pureed tomatoes and cooked beans along with some moisture, prepare for about 5 moments.

Later mix in spices along with seasoning and prepare until the gravy thickens.

Our filling is ready.Our next step is to broil the Quesadillas.

Preheat a cast iron skillet while we fill and prepare the quesadillas.Spread dairy spread on one side of the large tortilla.

With bring to temperature on medium, place the buttered side down on the skillet.Spoon over some 3 beans filling over one-half of the tortilla, leaving about 1/2 an inch space from the edge.

strew some grated dairy topping over this filling.Fold over the empty half of the tortilla, covering the filling, making a semi-circular quesadilla.bring to temperature this side until the bottom-surface develops deep golden-brown spots and the dairy topping melts.

This would take about 2 to three moments.

Press down the Quesadilla so the dairy topping melts.Once the bottom has turned golden and crisp, flip the Quesadilla over carefully and allow the other side to brown up.

Once done, transfer to the serving plate.Using a pizza cutter or a knife, cut to form triangular portions of the quesadilla.offer the 3 Beans Stuffed Quesadillas along with tomato salsa, pineapple salsa and a container of tart curd to go along with your quesadillas.
