250 grams Whole Wheat Flour
1 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt - to taste

To begin making Ajwain puri method by mixing all the fixings includinh whole wheat dusting fragrant element, carom seeds, turmeric dusting fragrant element, seasoning with enough moisture in a container.mix in sufficient moisture and massage in order to get a consistency of a stiff pastry mix.

At the end mix in 2 tablespoon of coat to bind.Make equal small balls and roll them on to a board using a rolling pin.The thickness of the pastry mix must not be too thin.mildly hot the coat in a Kadai with enough coat to shallow fry the puris.After 5 to 10 mins you can mix in a tiny bit of the pastry mix into the coat to check if it is done.

If the pastry mix rises up quickly then it is done.Now gently and carefully slide the puris into the coat.

Once it comes on top, with your ladel press the puri down so that it helps in puffing up.

Then later turn the puri and mildly hot on both the side till you get a golden brown colour.Once done, take out on a kitchen towel to absorb the excess coat. offer your flavorful puffed up Ajwain Puris with Amritsari Aloo or Palak Makhana and Boondi Raita to make it a complete meal.
