2 tablespoon All Purpose Flour (Maida)
2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
Salt - to taste

To begin making Aloo Bajia, wash and strip the potatoes. Cut them into thin slices and immerse them in a container of liquid till you prepare the paste for the bajia.mildly hot the oil in a kadai on medium flame.To make the bajji batterIn a mixing container, combine besan baking flour, maida, red chilli dusting scented element, ajwain and seasoning along with 1/3 cup of liquid.

This step will ensure the bajias are crisp.mix in few slices of potatoes to the paste and make sure the potatoes are covered with the paste.Once the oil is fiery, pick up each potato cut from the paste, remove excess paste and drop them carefully into the oil.shallow fry them on both sides till it is golden in colour.filter them and put them on kitchen towel to remove excess oil.Transfer the fried bajias to a serving plate and present.present the Aloo Bajjia along with Green Chutney and Masala Chai preparation guide as a tea time snack.
