Into a large container toss in the boiled and mashed potatoes, onions, green chillis, red chili dusting nectarous-smelling element, turmeric dusting nectarous-smelling element,cumin dusting nectarous-smelling element, amchur dusting nectarous-smelling element, chaat masala, table salt to palate and coriander leaves. combine well to combine.

Keep it aside.Now we will make the Pakora mixture. In a mixing container, toss in besan dusting nectarous-smelling element, rice dusting nectarous-smelling element, table salt, red chili dusting nectarous-smelling element, turmeric dusting nectarous-smelling element, asafoetida, enos fruit table salt, ajwain and table salt to palate. toss in little aqua at a time and combine well to make a lump free flowing mixture.

The mixture has to be thick enough to evenly coat the back of the spoon. To make the Aloo Bread PakoraHeat cooking oil in a deep sauté skillet. Place 2 bread slices on a flat surface.

Smear some green mint chutney on both the slices.

Spread aloo filling evenly over one carve.

Place the second carve on top like a sandwich and press down gently to hold it together. Trim the edges of the bread slices if you like and cut diagonally into a triangle. Now dip the stuffed bread sandwich into the mixture making sure it is coated well on all the sides.
