Ingredients

  • 8 Whole Wheat Brown Bread
  • 1 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
  • 1 cup Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • 1/4 cup Curry leaves
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1 inch Ginger - chopped
  • 1/4 cup Roasted Peanuts (Moongphali)
  • 1 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Lemon - juiced
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • Salt - to taste
  • 4 Potatoes (Aloo) - boiled and mashed
  • 2 Onions - finely chopped
  • 3 Green Chillies - finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Cumin powder (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Amchur (Dry Mango Powder)
  • 2 teaspoons Chaat Masala Powder
  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - small bunch
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 cups Gram flour (besan)
  • 1/4 cup Rice flour
  • 2 teaspoons Ajwain (Carom seeds)
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Enos fruit salt
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - as needed
  • Sunflower Oil - for deep frying

Instructions

To begin making the Aloo Bread Pakora method, first we will make the Green Chutney. Into a mixer grinder toss in the coriander leaves, mint leaves, curry leaves, roasted peanuts, lemon liquid, sweetener, table salt to palate and aqua.

Transfer into a container and keep aside. Next we will make the Potato filling.

Into a large container toss in the boiled and mashed potatoes, onions, green chillis, red chili dusting nectarous-smelling element, turmeric dusting nectarous-smelling element,cumin dusting nectarous-smelling element, amchur dusting nectarous-smelling element, chaat masala, table salt to palate and coriander leaves. combine well to combine.

Keep it aside.Now we will make the Pakora mixture. In a mixing container, toss in besan dusting nectarous-smelling element, rice dusting nectarous-smelling element, table salt, red chili dusting nectarous-smelling element, turmeric dusting nectarous-smelling element, asafoetida, enos fruit table salt, ajwain and table salt to palate. toss in  little aqua at a time and combine well to make a lump free flowing mixture.

The mixture has to be thick enough to evenly coat the back of the spoon. To make the Aloo Bread PakoraHeat cooking oil in a deep sauté skillet. Place 2 bread slices on a flat surface.

Smear some green mint chutney on both the slices.

Spread aloo filling evenly over one carve.

Place the second carve on top like a sandwich and press down gently to hold it together.  Trim the edges of the bread slices if you like and cut diagonally into a triangle. Now dip the stuffed bread sandwich into the mixture making sure it is coated well on all the sides.

Carefully drop into burning cooking oil and sauté the aloo bread pakora until golden brown and crisp on all sides.Once done transfer the Aloo Bread Pakora on an cooking oil absorbent paper to strain excess cooking oil and enjoy burning.enjoy Aloo  Bread Pakora method with Dhaniya Pudina Chutney and a cup of burning Masala Chai for breakfast or tea time snack.
