Ingredients

  • 1 cup cowpea
  • 1/2 cup tomato puree
  • 1 onion - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 inch ginger - peel

  • 1 inch cinnamon
  • 1/2 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 1 tsp jaggery
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • salt - as per taste
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • green Coriander - chopped

To make Lobia Masala formula, soak the Lobia in moisture for 2 hours.

Now stream in them in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of moisture and make till 5 to 6 cities come.
