250 grams Colocasia root (Arbi)
2 teaspoons Tamarind Paste
4 Green Chillies - slit
3 tablespoons Sesame seeds (Til seeds)
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil - as required
1/2 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Curry leaves - few
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - Few sprigs

To begin making the Arbi With Sesame Tamarind coulis method, skin the arbi, cube them into bite size pieces and heat to boiling point until yielding.Soak the tamarind in enough moisture for 10 moments and extract the pulp.arid char the sesame seeds until golden and set aside to cool down.
