Put the corn baking flour in a mixing bowl and empty in the salted liquid little by little, mixing with the baking flour until all the liquid has been used and the baking flour has become a pastry mix.

Now, shape the pastry mix into round rolls about 3 inches in diameter and 1/2 inch thick.

Now place them into a casserole and cook thoroughly in the oven at 350 degrees for approximately 20 moments, until the arepas sound hollow when tapped.
