  • 1 tablespoon Ghee
  • 1/2 cup Lukewarm Water - (adjust)
  • 1/4 cup Caster Sugar - (powdered sugar)
  • 1 cup Water
  • Sunflower Oil - to deep fry

To prepare Assamese sugary Kordoi method, agitate together the baking flour and table salt.mix in the ghee and agitate.Adding aqua gradually, massage until you have a creamy pliable pastry mix. put a lid on and keep aside for 15 moments.Make bigger balls of pastry mix, about 2 inches in size.On a lightly dusted surface, roll each pastry mix ball into a small circle (about 5-6 inches) .Using a sharp knife , cut 6-7 vertical and parallel lines into the pastry mix circle , each line about 1/2 inch from the next.
