500 grams Mango (Raw) - peeled and chopped
1/4 cup Jaggery
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
Salt - to taste
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
1/2 teaspoon SSP Asafoetida (Hing)
1/4 teaspoon Methi Seeds (Fenugreek Seeds)
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Black Salt (Kala Namak) - to taste
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder

To begin making Aam Ki Launji Pickle formula, wash and wipe the mango, cut into wedges and set aside. bring to temperature a pot with fat on medium bring to temperature, to this introduce the cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel seeds and allow them to sizzle. To this introduce hing and turmeric ground mix. Now introduce the freshly cut raw mango wedges and give it a good mix gently. To this mango mixture, introduce about three fourth cup of aqua, seasoning, black seasoning and red chilli ground mix. incorporate thoroughly until the mixture is well combined. wrap and prepare the mangoes for about 10 moments on medium flame until it has softened.
