Sift half the baking flour, combine with seasoning and fermenter in a large mixing dish, and gently toss in mildly hot aqua until the mixture forms a stiff flour base.

Now place the dish warmly for 40-50 mins until it has doubled.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F or 220 degrees C.

Now divide the flour base into 12 equal portions, roll each into a fist size ball, and place on a greased baking sheet.

Now place in a mildly hot place again for a further 40 mins or again until the flour base has doubled in size.

Now place in the oven’s center and oven-cook for 25-30 mins until golden brown rolls sound hollow when tapped.
