  • 500g Pork Back Ribs
  • 3 Chorizo
  • 500g Pork Shoulder
  • 3 chopped Onion
  • 4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
  • Pinch Chilli Flakes
  • Drizzle Oil
  • 2 Bay Leaf

Instructions
