  • 3 Potatoes (Aloo) - medium sized (boiled and peeled)
  • 2-3 Green Chillies
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
  • Salt - to taste
