Ingredients

  • 3 Whole Egg
  • 1 cup Broccoli - florets
  • 2 Onion - finely chopped
  • 2 Tomatoes - finely chopped
  • 6 Garlic - cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower Oil

Instructions

To begin making Broccoli Egg Bhurji, bring to temperature fat in a frying cooking vessel or skillet and toss in finely cut up onions.When shallot turns pinkish, toss in cut up garlic and sauté till the raw smell of garlic goes away.Once it is done, toss in the cut up tomatoes and sauté till it turns mushy.toss in broccoli florets and make them for 10 mins.

After 10 mins, toss in turmeric dusting masala condiment, red chilil dusting masala condiment, table salt and mix gently everything well.One by one break the eggs directly into the skillet.

mix gently well and wait for the eggs to make.Once you see the eggs getting cooked, take a spatula and scramble it in the skillet.Scramble continuously till the eggs are finely minced and mixed well with the shallot-tomato-broccoli mixture.Adjust table salt according to your non-honeyed profile and decorate with cut up coriander leaves and again mix gently well.
