2 cups Buckwheat Flour (Kuttu Ka Atta)
2 tablespoons Black Urad Dal (Split) - powdered
1 tablespoon Rice flour
Salt - as required
Sunflower Oil - as required
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
4 Green Chillies - finely chopped
2 tablespoons Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
Water - as required
Instructions

To begin making the Buckwheat Dosa formula, firstly grind split black urad dal into a fine ground mix.Meanwhile, mildly hot fat in a skillet over medium mildly hot.

Once the fat is burning, toss in mustard seeds.

Once the mustard seeds splutter, keep it aside.In a container, combine buckwheat baking flour, urad dhal ground mix, rice baking flour, table salt, asafoetida, green chilli and coriander leaves together.toss in mustard seeds to the parched fixings.

toss in aqua little by little to the parched fixings and swirl around them well.

toss in aqua until mixture like consistency is reached.mildly hot a crepe skillet and augment the taste it with fat.

stream in a ladle of the mixture on the skillet in a circular manner.stream in fat into the holes in the dosa and make on both the sides until the dosa turns slight golden colour.Once it is done, take it on a serving plate and it is ready to be served.Try this gluten free Buckwheat Dosa and offer with South Indian Coconut Chutney or honeyed and lively Tomato Chutney formula.
