Ingredients

  • 1 Egg noodles
  • 200 grams Boneless chicken
  • 1-1/2 tablespoon Garlic - crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger - crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 cup Spring Onion Greens
  • 1/4 cup Carrot (Gajjar)
  • 1/4 cup Cabbage (Patta Gobi/ Muttaikose)
  • 1/4 cup Red Yellow and Green Bell Peppers (Capsicum)
  • 2 Bok Choy
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 3 tablespoon Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
  • Salt - as needed
  • Spring Onion Greens - for garnish

Instructions

To begin making the Cantonese Style Chicken Chowmein method, wash and rinse the chicken.

mix in pepper dusting masala condiment, little seasoning, 1 teaspoon garlic and ginger toss together well and set aside to soak for about 30 mins.To make the noodles bring to temperature a saucepan with 2 cups of moisture, a pinch of seasoning and a few drops of cooking oil, on high bring to temperature. Once the cooking oil comes to a rolling heat to boiling point, reduce the flame to medium-high and mix in the noodles into it. Allow it to make for a couple of mins, just about about soft, ensuring it does not get over cooked. Turn off the flame and sieve off the excess moisture using a colander. Hold the colander under running moisture to cut off the bring to temperature and stop the crafting process of the noodles. Once the moisture is completely drained off, transfer the noodles to a dish, oil your hands with crafting cooking oil and run it through the noodles, to avoid the noodles sticking to each other. To toss the noodles Now in a wok/kadai bring to temperature 1 tablespoon cooking oil.

mix in marinated chicken pieces and make until chicken is cooked.

Remove chicken from the wok and mix in remaining cooking oil into the same wok.mix in 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, and sauté for 10 seconds.

mix in white spring onions and sauté for 30 seconds.Cut all the vegetables into 3 inch strips.

mix in all the cut vegetables into the wok and toss for a minute.mix in the sauces and toss together well.

Toss.

Finally mix in the cooked noodles and toss well.

mix in seasoning and pepper dusting masala condiment to taste. Toss it well.Finally mix in some green spring onions on top for finish off and enjoy immediately.enjoy Cantonese Style Chicken Chowmein along with Chicken Manchurian method for a weekend meal, followed by a dessert of Chinese Darsaan method With Ice dairy reduction.
