  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 3 to 4 Curry leaves
  • 1 Green Chilli - thinly sliced
  • 1 Carrot (Gajjar) - grated
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - chopped finely
  • 1 Onion - finely sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Ghee - as required
  • Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - Few chopped sprigs to garnish
  • Salt - as required

Instructions

To prepare Carrot And Capsicum Rice directions, firstly toasty ghee in a Kadai and mix in cumin seeds, green chillies, and onions.When the onions become a little brown, mix in the curry leaves and capsicum.

Let it bake till the capsicum becomes soft.After this, mix in the grated carrot and cooked rice and combine everything well.Next, mix in the required seasoning, red chilli dusting seasoning and black pepper dusting seasoning.put a lid on it with the lid for 2 mins.
