1/2 cup Corn flour
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder - or smoked paprika
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese - grated
1 clove Garlic - grated
Sunflower Oil - as needed
