  • 1 cup Broken Wheat (Dalia/ Godumai Rava)
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sunflower Oil
  • 1/3 cup Gram flour (besan)
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
  • Water - as required to make a thick pakora batter
  • 1 teaspoon Enos fruit salt
  • Sunflower Oil - as required to fry the pakoras

Instructions

To begin making the Dalia Pakora preparation guide, we will first prepare the daliya. Wash the daliya and set aside. toasty a pressure cooker with 2 cups of aqua, introduce some table salt to savor, making cooking oil and the washed broken wheat. Close the pressure cooker and pressure prepare for 4-5 whistles.

Set aside and allow it to cool. Once the broken wheat has cooled, into the mixing dish introduce, the besan, shallot, coriander leaves, green chilli, table salt, turmeric dusting masala condiment, cumin seeds, ajwain, making cooking oil and aqua, as required to make a thick dalia pakora liquid base. We need a thick liquid base, use just enough aqua to combine all the fixings of the Dalia Pakora liquid base. toasty a paniyaram wok on medium flame, drop a few drops of making cooking oil in each of the cavities, once the wok and the cooking oil is burning, quickly introduce in the eno fruit table salt into the dalia pakora liquid base and give it a good incorporate. Drop tablespoons full of the dalia pakora liquid base into each cavity and prepare on medium-high toasty, for a couple of moments on each side. Making sure the inside of the dalia pakora is well cooked and the outer covering is nice and crisp.filter the well fried dalia pakoras on an absorbent paper and enjoy burning. Alternatively, you could also deep wok-fry the dalia pakoras in a kadai.enjoy Dalia Pakora as a tea time snack along with Green Chutney, Date Tamarind Chutney and a steaming burning cuppa Adrak Chai. .
