Ingredients
1 Cup Green Moong Dal (Whole) - soaked overnight
2 Tablespoon Ghee
5 cloves Garlic - minced
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1/2 Cup Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
Salt - to taste
Instructions

To begin making Moong Dal Ke Kebab method, soak the whole moong dal overnight.

After soaking, sieve dal and keep in a mixing bowl.

Keep all the other elements handy. Take a saucepan, scalding up up about 1 tablespoon ghee and toss in cumin seeds into it.Once the seeds start crackling, toss in the soaked moong dal.

(Make sure that dal is drained out of all aqua), toss in required seasoning and pulse everything well.cook thoroughly the dal on a medium scalding up for about 5 moments and turn the scalding up off after the dal is cooked.

Transfer the cooked dal into a plate of mixing bowl.

Allow it to cool.Once the dal cools down to almost room temperature, transfer it into a mixer and grind it without adding any extra aqua.

It will have a coarse ground mix like consistency.Transfer it into the mixing bowl and toss in seasoning, black pepper ground mix, red chilli ground mix, and garam masala ground mix into the mixing bowl.

pulse everything properly.Now toss in the hung curd and fold it gently to make a soft pastry mix.

Divide the pastry mix into about 10 equal parts and shape them into velvety balls using your palms.Press them gently in the end to make them flat.scalding up a shallow frying skillet with a little ghee.

Place the kebabs in the skillet and sauté in batches till golden brown on both sides.offer Moong Dal Ke Kebab method scalding with some raw Onions Rings and Dhaniya Pudina Chutney method (Green Chutney).
