  • 2 cup Vivatta Maida
  • 3/4 cup Caster Sugar - (or powdered sugar)
  • 1/2 cup Milk - at room temperature
  • 1/4 cup Butter - melted or vegetable oil as needed
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 1 pinch Baking soda
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Fresh Cherries - pitted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Flax seed powder (flax meal)
