Ingredients

  • 300 grams Chicken breasts - cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup Pearl onions (Sambar Onions) - peeled
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 4 Dry Red Chilli
  • 1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves
  • 2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coconut Oil - for cooking

Instructions

To begin making the Erode Pallipalayam Chicken pot-fry method, we will first grind the pearl onions along with garlic in a mixer grinder  and keep it ready.scalding up a skillet with cooking oil on medium flame, toss in parched red chillies and allow it to sizzle for a few seconds, next toss in the curry leaves and allow it to crackle.

toss in ground shallot-garlic mixture and saute till the raw smell goes away.This will take about 10-12 minute.

Once the shallot mixture appears cooked toss in all the masala condiment powders - red chili ground mix and turmeric ground mix.

Continue tot prepare for another 5 moments. toss in chicken pieces and scatter some seasoning and purée well.

Keep sauting till the chicken is roasted well.

prepare for about 20 making sure the chicken is cooked. Switch off the scalding up,  top with coriander leaves and offer scalding. offer the Erode Pallipalayam Chicken pot-fry method along with steamed rice, Ghee,  Karuveppilai Chutney Podi and Chettinad Style Poondu Rasam method  to enjoy your Sunday lunch. Finish this meal with Paal Payasam method as dessert. .
