  • 150 grams Rice flour
  • 80 grams Jaggery
  • Ghee - as required to bind
  • Water - as needed
  • Salt - a bit

To begin making Coconut Kozhukattai method, ground mix the jaggery in a ammikallu or by pounding or in a mixer grinder, sieve the baking flour and introduce them in a large dish.introduce the grated coconut, little ghee and seasoning to it.bubble the liquid in a saucepan, and introduce to the mixture in the mixing dish, little by little, while kneading the mixture into a soft pastry mix.Shape the pastry mix into small balls.Prepare a steamer and preheat the vessel till the liquid beneath the steamer plate is boiling and steaming.Arrange the kozhukattai on the steamer plate.Steam toast the balls in a preheated steamer for approximately ten moments or till steamed and cooked well.dish up Coconut Kozhukattai method as a dessert or as a snack with Turmeric dairy liquid method (Haldi Doodh).
