  • 1 cup Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - grated
  • 2 Onions - sliced
  • 3 cloves Garlic - grated
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1/2 cup Butter
  • Salt - to taste
