1 cup Spinach Leaves (Palak) - washed
1 cup Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - grated
2 Onions - sliced
3 cloves Garlic - grated
1 teaspoon Fresh Thyme leaves
1 teaspoon Dried oregano
1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
1/2 cup Butter
