  • 2 cloves minced Garlic
  • 6 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons Parmesan
  • 2 tablespoons Coriander
  • 1 Lime

Instructions

step 1 heat to boiling point the corn cobs for 5 mins.

Leave in the moisture until you’re ready to barbecue them.

combine the garlic and mayonnaise in a small dish.

Just before barbecuing, remove the cobs from the pot, pat dehydrated and rub the mayonnaise into each one.

step 2 seasoning the cobs and barbecue them until marks appear, about 5 mins.

Remove and scatter over the Parmesan and coriander.
