Ingredients

  • 200 grams turmeric - root
  • 1 tablespoon gram flour
  • 1/4 cup curd - beat
  • 1 inch ginger - tighten
  • 2 green chillies - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • Coriander - little
  • salt - according to taste
  • black pepper powder - as per taste
  • 1 sprig curry leaves
  • 1 teaspoon mustard

Instructions

To make turmeric produce, first fiery up cooking oil in a skillet.

mix in ginger, turmeric and green chilies.

mix in a little seasoning and cook thoroughly until it gets soft.

It will take 4 to 5 moments.

Now mix in curd, gram ground mix, seasoning, coriander ground mix, black pepper ground mix and garam masala ground mix in a dish.
