1 cup Jackfruit Seeds (Kathal) - cleaned and sliced
8 Pearl onions (Sambar Onions) - sliced
4 cloves Garlic - chopped finely
1/2 teaspoon Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
1 sprig Curry leaves
1/2 cup Fresh coconut - grated
Sunflower Oil - as required
