Ingredients
1 cup Chana dal (Bengal Gram Dal) - soaked for 1 hour
1 Mango (Raw) - grated
2 tablespoon Fresh coconut - grated
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 Green Chilli - chopped
4 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)

To begin making the Maharashtrian Style Kairichi Dal method, we will first soak the chana dal in aqua and keep for 1 hour.strain the aqua and blitz it in the mixer till it turns into a coarse mixture.toasty a coulis pot with cooking oil, toss in mustard seeds and hing and allow it to splutter for 10 seconds.toss in coarsely ground chana dal, grated mango, coconut, turmeric ground mix, green chilli and saute well.toss in table salt and check for seasoning.

At the end you can finish it off by adding some cut up coriander leaves and scatter with grated coconut.present the Maharashtrian Style Kairichi Dal method along with raita, phulka and Danyachi Amti method to make your lunch meal scrumptious.
