1 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon Mustard seeds
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 inch Ginger - grated
1 Green Chilli - chopped
1 sprig Curry leaves - chopped
1 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)

To begin making the Maharashtrian Kadhi method, first combine the yogurt and besan in a dish.

Switch off the fiery up.Once the kadhi is ready, top the kadhi with some diced pure coriander leaves.enjoy the Maharashtrian Kadhi method along with Gajarachi Koshimbir, Steamed Rice and a roasted Papad for a mouth-watering weekday meal.
