  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 inch Ginger - grated
  • 1 Green Chilli - chopped
  • 1 sprig Curry leaves - chopped
  • 1 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
  • 1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
