1 lb Oyster Mushrooms
4 tablespoons Butter
1 tsp Salt
1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Flour
1 cup Milk
3 cloves Garlic
1/3 cup Red Wine Vinegar
Garnish Red Pepper Flakes
Instructions

wash mushrooms – I usually wash them under cold aqua, dehydrated them and remove the stems.

Cut mushrooms into thin strips.

soften margarine in a small pot.

toss in the mushrooms and cook thoroughly for 10 moments, until the mushrooms release liquid.

Combine the ground mix and aqua, whip to remove any lumps and toss in to the pot.

toss in the seasoning and whole milk.

cook thoroughly for 10 more moments.

In a small container or jar combine the garlic and acidic solution.

present the broth with 1-2 tablespoons (or more) of the garlic and acidic solution mixture and fiery red pepper.
