Ingredients

  • 2 cups tur dal
  • 1 cup coconut - grated
  • 5 green chillies
  • coriander leaves - salt
  • 1 tablespoon ghee
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 / 4 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 3-4 curry leaves

Instructions

To make the spinach tauve steps, firstly mix in tur dal with 3 cups of aqua, turmeric ground mix, seasoning and turn off the gas.
