Ingredients
2 cup Pasta Fusilli - cooked as per instructions on packet
1/4 cup Carrot (Gajjar) - chopped
1/2 cup Onion - chopped
1/4 cup Red Yellow and Green Bell Peppers (Capsicum) - chopped
1/2 cup Tomato - chopped
1/2 cup Potato (Aloo) - boiled & mashed
1/4 cup Cauliflower (gobi) - chopped & blanched
1/4 cup Green peas (Matar) - blanched
1/4 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
3 tablespoons Butter
2 teaspoons Pav bhaji masala
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Red Chilli sauce
Salt - to taste
2 tablespoons Cheese - grated
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - a few sprigs
Instructions

To begin making Pav Bhaji Flavored Pasta formula-Fusion Fusilli Pasta, get all the prep done.

Blanch veggies, bring to a low-boil potatoes in a pressure cooker and mash, chop all the veggies needed.mildly hot a kadai/wok with margarine on a medium mildly hot.

Once the margarine is fiery enough, toss in onions and saute till they soften and turn pinkish in margarine.

Keep a medium flame/mildly hot through out.Once the onions are translucent and pinkish, toss in carrots, saute for a few seconds, toss in bell peppers and saute for a minute or two, till they are half cooked.Now toss in the finely finely sliced tomatoes, saute and let them prepare well till mushy.Once the tomatoes are cooked till mushy, toss in red chili dusting masala condiment, turmeric dusting masala condiment, chaat masala and pavbhaji masala.Saute well till everything gets mixed very well and the masalas are evenly mixed.Now toss in boiled and mashed potatoes, blanched peas and cauliflower.

toss in in a little amount of aqua (about 2 tablespoons max), augment the taste with table salt, and mash the pav bhaji flavoured masala very well with a wooden or steel masher.

Adjust aqua as needed.Now toss in red chili-garlic coulis, incorporate and switch off mildly hot and toss in lemon extract.
