1 Iceberg lettuce
1 Chicken breasts - cut into 1 cm cubes
2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
2 teaspoons Garlic - finely chopped
1/4 cup Button mushrooms - finely chopped
1/4 cup Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) - finely chopped
1 teaspoon Chilli vinegar
1 teaspoon Soy sauce
1 teaspoon Red Chilli sauce
1 teaspoon Sweet and Spicy Red Chilli Sauce (Tomato Chilli Sauce)
