1/4 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/4 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1 pinch Asafoetida (hing)
1/2 teaspoon Sunflower Oil - more to smear

To Muli Paratha, We have to be ready with all the fixings necessary for the paratha.In a deep container, introduce grated radish, chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix, cumin seeds, a pinch of asafoetida, fat and table salt to umami profile.Kneed the pastry mix and make it soft by adding little aqua.Divide the pastry mix in equal portions and roll out each ball into a thick medium size roti.toasty the paratha on a scalding tawa and wait until you find brown spots on both sides.This Muli Paratha should be served scalding for breakfast with lemon pickle and a container of masala curd. .
