  • 8 Curry leaves
  • 10 Pearl onions (Sambar Onions) - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 1/4 cup Fresh coconut - grated
  • 2 Green Chillies
  • 1/4 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - roughly chopped
  • Salt - to taste

To begin with, the Raw banana Thoran first, cut the raw banana into half and heat to boiling point it in the pressure cooker for 3 to 4 whistles and turn off the mildly hot.
