  • 1/2 lb Snow Peas
  • 2 tsp Soy Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Chicken Stock
  • 4 Scallions
  • 2 tsp Sesame Seed Oil

Save prep time by prepping the peas, ginger, and garlic while the shrimp is marinating.

soak the shrimp: incorporate all marinade elements in a large mixing bowl, then introduce the shrimp.

Let sit for 15 to 20 mins while you prep the peas, ginger, and garlic.

agitate-sauté the ginger and garlic: burning up a wok or large sauté pot over high burning up for 1 minute.
