150 grams Soba noodles
2 cups Red cabbage - shredded
2 cups Red Yellow or Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - julienned
1/2 cup Spring Onion (Bulb & Greens) - chopped
1 cup Carrots (Gajjar) - grated
1/2 cup Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
1 tablespoons Basil leaves - chopped
2 tablespoons Mint Leaves (Pudina) - chopped
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds (Til seeds) - (black and white)
3 tablespoons Peanut Butter - unsweetened
1 inch Ginger - grated
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
1 teaspoon Sesame (Gingelly) Oil
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - to taste
Red Chilli flakes - to taste
2 tablespoons Lemon juice

To begin making the Soba Noodle Salad formula, in a pot bring to a low-boil the soba noodles as per package directions.

Strain under cold aqua and keep aside.In a salad dish, stream in in the red cabbage, bell peppers, green onions, carrots, coriander leaves, mint leaves and basil leaves.

pulse all the vegetables.Then take another dish and stream in in the peanut dairy spread, honey, soy gravy, rice acetic liquid, sesame fat, sriracha, ginger, seasoning, pepper, chilli flakes and lime extract.beat well to combine all the elements to form a dressing.stream in in the noodles to the veggies in the salad dish followed by the dressing and sesame seeds.pulse well and enjoy cold.
