Ingredients
1 cup Prunes
1 Onion - chopped
1 Tomato - finely chopped
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
1 teaspoon Nutmeg powder
1 teaspoon Ajwain (Carom seeds)
4 tablespoon Red Chilli flakes
1 tablespoon Honey
1 tablespoon Vinegar
Salt - to taste

To begin making the Spiced Prune Chutney formula by heating a flat skillet with little fat, crack the ajwain seeds and saute the shallot till it becomes translucent.toss in in the tomato and the rest of the items required except prunes.

Mash it well and make till the tomatoes gets cooked.Next toss in the prunes and toss in ½ cup aqua and bubble gently it for about 15 mins.

Once done let it cool down and blitz it to a coarse paste in a blender.enjoy the Spiced Prune Chutney formula as an accompaniment for Cabbage Paneer Paratha or spread it in a Sandwich. .
