  • 1 medium Lemon
  • 4 cups Whole Milk
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • 1/3 cup Dry sherry
  • 1 Baguette
  • 1 cup Olive Oil
  • 4 large Eggs
  • To serve Honey

Finely zest the zest of 1 medium orange (about 2 teaspoons) and 1 medium lemon (about 1 teaspoon) into a medium saucepan.
