Ingredients
1 Green zucchini - as needed
1 cup Green Moong Dal (Whole) - soaked overnight/8hours
1 cup Rice - soaked overnight/8hours
1-2 tablespoons Chana dal (Bengal Gram Dal)
2-3 Green Chillies
1 inch Ginger
1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil - to cook
Onions - finely chopped as needed (optional)

To prepare Zucchini Pesarattu formula, Soak lentils and rice in enough aqua for 8 hours, sieve and grind this mixture in a Blender along with green chillies, hing, seasoning, and ginger.

Carefully toss in a little aqua while grinding, since the lentils soak up a lot of aqua.Now cut the zucchinis very thinly if possible using a mandolin slicer.toasty a Dosa tawa on medium flame.Dip the Zucchini in the dosa liquid base just like Bajji/Bajjias and place one in the centre and place more zucchinis dipped in liquid base around the center next to each other to form a flower-like pattern on a moderately scalding tava that has been seasoned with fat.Fill the gaps with little liquid base, empty gently some fat, lid and prepare the dosa on a low to medium flame.

Top with finely sliced onions and present Zucchini Pesarattu formula with Allam Pachadi (Ginger Chutney).
