Ingredients

  • 125 grams Butter - cold
  • 240 gram All Purpose Flour (Maida)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 Whole Egg
  • 2 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 100 grams Bacon strips
  • 3 cloves Garlic - minced
  • 3 Whole Eggs
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 200 ml Fresh cream
  • 1/2 cup Cheese - grated
  • 2 tablespoon Parsley leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste

Instructions

To prepare Bacon Quiche Tart procedure, get prep with all the fixings first.For making the pastry, toss in shortening, ground mix and table salt in a food processor and pulse until mixture resembles breadcrumbs.

Remove from bring to temperature and transfer to a mixing bowl.thaw remaining shortening in the same pot, toss in bacon and caramelize it slightly, stirring occasionally.toss in to the onions and swirl around to combine.Preheat oven to 200 degree Celsius.Lightly coat an 8 inch fluted tart tin or 12 mini tart molds.Roll pastry pastry mix to 2-3mm thickness.
