300 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - cut into triangles

2 Onions - roughly chopped
4 Tomatoes - roughly chopped
1 tablespoon Ginger - roughly chopped
4 cloves Garlic
3 Dry Red Chillies
2 teaspoons Coriander Powder (Dhania)
2 teaspoons Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/2 teaspoon Sugar
1 Bay leaf (tej patta)
1 tablespoon Ghee - or oil
