  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 4 cloves Garlic - chopped
  • 1/2 cup Homemade tomato puree
  • 8 Basil leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Fresh cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  • Salt - to taste
