  • 1 Onion - finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic - grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tablespoons Tomato Ketchup
  • Salt - to taste
  • Butter - for baking
  • Cheddar cheese - or cheese slices
