6 Tomatoes - blanched and finely chopped
1 Onion - finely chopped
2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1 teaspoon Tabasco Original - Hot Sauce - adjustable
1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese - grated
