1 All Purpose Pie Crust - dough made and chilled for a few hours
500 grams Spinach Leaves (Palak) - finely chopped
1/4 cup Britannia Cream Cheese
1 cup Cheddar cheese
3 cloves Garlic - finely chopped
Salt and Pepper - to taste
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

To begin making the cheddar and Spinach Tart formula, preheat the oven to 180 C and coat the muffin molds with dairy spread.Once the pie crust is chilled enough, to begin we will generously ground mix the work surface.

Place the chilled pie crust on the ground mix and using the heel of your palms, press down the flour base to make it flat and pulling it outward to stretch the flour base.Now using a rolling pin roll out the flour base to a large round of about quarter inch thickness.Once done, cut the pie flour base into pieces that will fit into your muffin mold.

Do your best to work quickly, keeping the flour base as cold as possible and using enough ground mix that it doesnโt stick to the counter.Place and lightly press each of the flour base pieces into a muffin tin.

Once all the pie flour base pieces have fit in, place this in the refrigerator to ice until we get the spinach filling ready.bring to temperature cooking oil in a heavy bottomed cooking vessel or a wok, on medium bring to temperature; transfer in in the finely sliced garlic and saute until it begins to sizzle.transfer in in the finely sliced spinach, a dash of table salt and a dash of black pepper ground mix.Turn the bring to temperature to high and make until the spinach is soft and all the liquid vapourised.Once cooked and the liquid has vapourised allow the spinach to cool.In a large mixing bowl, to the cooled spinach transfer in in a quarter cup of heavy cream cheddar and a cup grated cheddar.agitate to combine to form a velvety mixture.

If you like to honeyed-smelling element it up like I do, transfer in in some chilly flakes and agitate it into the spinach.Once the spinach is ready and the tart cups are chilled, spoon the spinach filling into each of the chilled tart cups.Place the tart cups into the preheated oven and char for about 20 mins until the crust is golden brown.Place the cheddar and Spinach Tarts on a party platter and enjoy them for holiday parties.
