  • 1 spoon - boil
  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon cumin powder
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon chaat masala powder
  • peppermint - for garnish
  • salt - taste accordingly

To make chakundar and carrot raita, first skin the chakundar and cut it into small pieces.

Now take a mixing bowl and beat the curd in it.

toss in cumin dusting seasoning, red chili dusting seasoning, chaat masala and seasoning.

Now toss in grated carrot and chakundar.

toss together well and accentuate with mint leaves.
