1 capsicum (green) - finely chopped
1 capsicum (red) - finely chopped
1 onion - finely chopped
2 green chillies - finely chopped
3 cloves garlic - finely chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
coriander - finely chopped (little)
2 teaspoons black pepper powder
salt - 1 tablespoon oil
as per taste
Instructions

To make Broccoli and Pepper Rice, firstly low-boil the rice.

In a saucepan, toss in 2 cups of aqua, seasoning, fat, lemon nectar along with rice.
